St John’s Lent Festival 2025

Welcome to the St John’s Holland Road Lent Festival 2025.

The Festival is a mixture of special services (two services of Compline, and two services of Tenebrae) and concerts, culminating with a play - The Devil’s Passion. Some of the events are free, others are ticketed in advance or on the door, but everyone is welcome to join us. For ticketed events, click on the image which will take you to the booking site. Tickets are also available on the door.

We’re delighted to be hosting our next Pet Blessing service - Paws on Palm Sunday. This will be a service taking the congregation through the whole of the Easter story, beginning with Palm Sunday, moving through the arrest, trial and crucifixion of Christ, his burial in the tomb and his resurrection on Easter morning. This service is ticketed as refreshments are provided, but if the cost would be a barrier to you attending, please contact the benefice office.
